in 1999, Taiwan Sunball International Technology has been positioning
ourselves as a dedicated and professional solder sphere manufacturer.
We aim to supply the best quality products with the most competitive
prices to our customers. Due to in-house designed and patented
manufacturing equipment and processing know-how, we are able
to produce superior quality solder spheres while keeping production
costs to the minimum. Our professional technical service begins
when products are qualified and orders are taken, and continues
through our customers' application process. There are numerous
success stories where our on-site trouble shooting team helped
our customers raise their yield rates. 2002 marks an important
milestone for Taiwan Sunball. Our products passed strict tests
and qualified us as a certified vendor to leading OEMs. To maintain
and extend our advantages in the rapidly growing solder ball
market, we currently are constructing a new facility in mainland
China which will double our production output in 2003. |
