Taiwan Sunball owns numerous international patents including unique processing technology for solder balls, proprietary composition of lead-free solder balls and coated alloy string for wire bonding. Mostly self-developed Manufacturing EquipmentIn 1999, Taiwan Sunball deployed its first self-made manufacturing equipment and went into production. Accuracy, flexibility and reliability of the facilities have always been the most essential task of the R&D team. We've been continuously developing innovative equipment ever since, and the second generation of machines, model II, was launched in 2001. The overall performance of this technology has been excellent.
